Our course covers a comprehensive range of topics essential for a career in close protection:
Upon successful completion of the course, you will receive the Level 3 SIA Close Protection certification, recognized throughout the security industry and essential for a career in close protection you will also be award Level 2 SIA Door Supervisor and counter terrorist Certification.
Upon successful completion of the course, candidates will be required to apply for their own licence at a cost to themselves. To apply for the licence, candidates must:
Provide proof of the right to work in the UK.
Undergo background checks.
**It is advised that all candidates are aware of the licensing requirements before booking the course**
Age: You must be 18 years old or over.
Health and Fitness: You must be of good health and of a good fitness level to take this course.
Medical Qualification: To apply for a SIA Licence, you will be required to provide proof of a Level 3 medical qualification such as Emergency First Aid at Work or above.
Trauma Medical Qualification: For any students who will be working in a hostile environment, you will be required to provide proof of a Level 3 or above trauma medical qualification, such as Level 3 First Responder Emergency Care (FREC3) or Emergency Care for First Responders Level 3 (ECFR).
