How can I pay for a service?

Most services require 50% payment up front paid via bank transfer, cash or card number over the phone. Our contract services are paid monthly of 1 month arrears. Unless contract states otherwise

If I change my mind before services is availed of can I get a refund?

We provide 90% refund for cancellation of service prior to start unless stated in contract otherwise. This is to cover administration work/ booking fees

Before the arrival of any of our officers who’s first time it will be dealing with you. We provide you with a unique code which the officer also has. Once they arrive they will call out the matching code to ensure peace of mind that that’s the officer

What is the emergency response service?

This is a direct contact to one of our staff in the event of a threat occurring we can rapidly provide security for the safety of you, your family, home, business or assist. Example of this service is your home being broken into and your family have to stay the night regardless of broken access point and damaged security systems . Our officer(s) will be deployed and monitor your home while your family can get a sound night sleep. Also popular on vacant properties or building sites. Alarms may have been triggered several times to give the authorities a false sense of a malfunctioning alarm system and their response time lengthens given the thieves more time to achieve their goal. Normally once established there is not a system fault companies ask for deployment of our rapid response service which gives them peace of mind security is present till further notice.
