Most services require 50% payment up front paid via bank transfer, cash or card number over the phone. Our contract services are paid monthly of 1 month arrears. Unless contract states otherwise
We provide 90% refund for cancellation of service prior to start unless stated in contract otherwise. This is to cover administration work/ booking fees

Before the arrival of any of our officers who’s first time it will be dealing with you. We provide you with a unique code which the officer also has. Once they arrive they will call out the matching code to ensure peace of mind that that’s the officer
